The Mahito Clone appears under Shibuya Station missions, and he behaves significantly differently from standard bosses. Most players are surprised because he does not spawn in the same way other enemies do and also possesses invincibility mechanics.
Mechanism of the Fight
Mahito starts invincible – You must wreck three waves of mobs before you can even damage him. Strike quickly by killing enemies during this period. He shows up randomly at some places on the map. He can:
Sit on seats in the metro
Hang on walls or a billboard
Spawn next to pillars stationed along alleys

How to Beat Him?
Prepare for burst damage: Once Mahito is targetable, use a high single-target DPS unit like Sung Jin-Woo to nuke him down quickly before he causes too much trouble.
Farm early with Sprintwagon: Deploy your economy units before wave 6 to maximize gold gains. This ensures you’ll have enough funds to summon your heavy hitters.
Don't overextend your team: Most players do it wrong by sending every unit to kill Mahito. Instead, commit one or two of your strongest units to handle him while others control lanes and deny leaks.
Maintain units upgraded and ready: As Mahito shows up halfway through the run, keep your strongest units upgraded and in position when you clear the third wave of mobs.
